SHIPPING POLICY FOR SEMCO SURFACES
* PLEASE ENSURE TO RECEIVE PACKAGE DURING WINTER AS LIQUIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FREEZE*
Shipment processing time
Shipment processing time on all orders is processed within 1-2 business days until 08:00 AM PST on weekdays. Processed orders will be collected by carriers from Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Our shipping time to the U.S. & Canada is 6-12 days and Our shipping time to countries outside the U.S. & Canada is 12-25 days

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Currently, we cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii for free.
semcosurfaces.com is not liable for any third-party shipping and delivery times. As soon as we hand of the order to the shipping company, it is not in our control anymore.
Damages
semcosurfaces.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. It is the carrier's responsibility to handle your package with care. In case damaged products arrive, the package needs to be kept until the carrier returns for inspection while a claim is being filed. As soon as we will receive the verdict of the claim, we will issue you a replacement.
For any damages that occurred during transport, we do require a picture of the container with an open lid and a picture of the damaged package. Products must be stored in a closed container and above freezing point. Mix product up well before use. For any frozen products that have not been notified by the customers 7 days after receipt, we cannot make any replacements.
Shipping Address and Delivery
We are not liable for any lost packages due to incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer nor for wrong product orders. Shipping will be charged for re-shipping new products if customer purchased the wrong products. Please ensure prior to checkout that your correct address has been entered. Due to the carrier we cannot accept any PO Box address. If you find out that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer service team before the order is being processed. As the seller we can only be liable for lost or damaged packages during transit but we are not liable for package theft once package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
Seasonal weather events (such as severe winter storms or wildfires) and other disruptions (such as power outages, special events, and national emergencies) may occur and cause delays for inbound and outbound shipments. Shipments delayed due to weather or technology outages are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Shipping outside the US
We are not liable for any additional taxes or duties for orders outside the United States of America. Please check with your country's import rules and regulations regarding the import of our products. Each country may have their own restrictions and regulations on HS codes. In a case the order has left our warehouse and is returned to us due to import related issues, we cannot issue a refund on the shipping costs and there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $100 only applies to the 48 contiguous states of the US. For Alaska and Hawaii or any destination outside the 48 contiguous states, shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout. We are not liable for any additional charge as import duties and taxes that may occur depending on your delivery address.
