Project Details
SEMCO X-Bond Seamless Stone was used to resurface the roof-top pool at The Linq. One of the project’s biggest challenges was bridging multi-generational substrates—three separate slabs of concrete dating as far back as the 1970s and through the 2000s. It was also necessary to create a molecular bond upon the deteriorated concrete, in order to form a seamless and safe rooftop deck surface that was ADA-compliant and waterproof.
